In consideration of all our clientele, we have established the following policies.
As our guest at the Clinic, please
- Arrive on time for your appointment.
- Your student will keep your body draped in the appropriate manner and only expose those areas being worked upon.
- Your student needs feedback as to your comfort and special troubled areas.
- Your job is to RELAX — that is why you have come to us.
- Be fully confident that you are in a professional environment and do not expect anything other than the expert service you requested.
- We ask that Visa, Mastercard, Gift Certificate number or payment guarantee all appointments.
- Late arrivals: If you are late for your appointment, your treatment may be shortened to allow us to keep on schedule. The usual fee for the treatment will apply.
- Cancellations: Please notify us promptly of conflicts so other clients may utilize your appointment time.
- Gift Certificates: Gift Certificates are non-transferable. They cannot be redeemed for cash or credit. Valid for 1 year from date of issuance.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right to refuse services to anyone.
